Are CRM integrations included in my plan?

Yes! CRM integrations are included on every plan — including the free plan. 

Can I see previous engagement in my CRM?

No. You can only see engagement that occurs after you connect your CRM to Sendspark (so your connect your CRM as soon as possible!).
