Sendspark Guest Blog Post Writer Guidelines

Hello marketers, content creators and friends!

We are happy to say that we do accept guest blog posts. We want to share industry insights, tips, and tricks with our community – and showcase your brand!

But here’s the deal… We do NOT want to put out bad content.

The world does not need more spam!

We are happy to include your backlinks, as long as they make sense, and are tucked into a well written, insightful article on a subject that YOU are an expert in.

We’ll write some more about what we look for and our criteria below, keep in mind that our #1 goal is good content

Not sure where to start? Consider one of these types of posts:

  • Unique insights from your experience
  • Experiments
  • “How to” guides
  • Expert round ups
  • Case studies on how you use Sendspark
  • Videos (that can publish on our blog or YouTube channel)

Do not just optimize for our criteria and send us a generic article… Write something good, that you would be proud to put your name on and share with a friend.

This is the stuff we want to publish. 💜

How to Write a Great Guest Post for Sendspark

  • Write about a topic that you are an expert on. We want your unique insight, not generic trash.
  • Remember that our audience is B2B sales and marketing teams, so keep your content relevant.
  • The content must be unique, and not posted someone else.
  • Word count should be between 1,200 words to 1,800 words.
  • Article should be well written, and optimized for SEO.
  • It's okay (and expected!) to add links to your own website. However, please don't link away for the primary keyword for the article.
  • No more than 3 external links
  • Include stories, examples, and data
  • Bonus points if you link to other Sendspark content
  • Follow our formatting guideline below
